About this tool
How it works.
Retros stall when the format never changes and people start answering on autopilot. Spin for a prompt at the top of the meeting, or run No Repeats across a quarter so you never open with the same question twice. Twelve prompts covers roughly six months of two-week sprints. Add your own once the team has worked through them.
Everything is editable. Replace the list with your own, weight an entry by adding x3 after it, or switch draw modes above the entry box. Nothing is saved to a server, so your list stays in this browser.
